About Us

Mountains Dancing was established in 2023, to introduce modern country swing and line dancing to Missoula, Montana. We teach beginner and intermediate group lessons, offer private lessons, host private events, and travel nationally to compete. Mountains Dancing focuses on footwork, frame, timing, and connection.

Our mission is to locally expand line dance and establish modern country swing by focusing on follow and lead connection versus traditional rodeo swing, lead-focused country dancing. We strive to build a community in Missoula, Montana of individuals who share the same passion for dancing. We also focus on expanding our network within Montana and nationwide to continue learning and sharing our passion for dance.
